Information
The village chief is an abnormally tall and menacing figure with multi-colored eyes that leads the other villagers in their attacks on Leon.
Unlike other villagers, Mendez seems intelligent and educated, and leaves several written agendas and notes lying around. In their first meeting, Leon experiences the savage strength of the village chief firsthand. What is Mendez's agenda, and what is the secret of his false eye?
First encounter with Mendez
As Leon makes his way through the the Fish Farm, he discovers Luis Sera bound inside a cellar. As Leon starts to untie Luis, Mendez's footsteps can be heard behind them. Luis quickly recognizes Mendez and can be seen genuinely scared of him.
