Monster Plants
Information
This mutant was discovered in the mansion's greenhouse. It absorbed water contaminated with the T-Virus, and it grew to an abnormal size and developed a tough outer layer.
It will not take damage from any attack, and it
will lash out with its tentacles when approached. However, it's still a plant and
demonstrates no resistance to herbicide.
A more "active" version can be found in the greenhouse area of NEST. As mentioned before, pesticide is extremely effective against this mutation. Especially if disbursed through a sprinkler system.
Monster Plants do not just overgrow on the floor though. Many large vines and branches can be see hung from the ceiling. Most of these contain Ivy's.
It is still debatable, but Monster Plants do seem tp be "intelligent" enough to cover up key areas of escape suck as doors.
