Marvin Branagh
Information
Surviving member of the Raccoon City Police Department, and the one that Officer Leon S. Kennedy met first. Up until a few days before, even though they were under martial law, he had been doing fairly routine work, such as writing his report on a recent jewel heist (investigation on hold) and preparing for Leon's welcome party.
After the biological contamination, he and the other police officers barricaded themselves in the westside station. He lost most of his comrades when the zombies broke in.
Death of Marvin Branagh
After arriving at the RPD under orders from Mikhail Victor, Carlos Oliveira and Tyrell Patrick discovered Marvin trying to reason with a zombified Brad Vickers.
Just as Marvin was going to deliver the kill shot, he whispered "sorry" to zombie Brad. Whom in turn quickly replied "sorry". This caused Marvin to let his guard down for a second as he believed there was still part of Brad inside the creature.
Zombie Brad quickly lunged at Marvin, wounding him badly. As Marvin ran into the RPD and locked the door behind him, Carlos Oliveira would kill zombie Brad.
Marvin would briefly help Leon S. Kennedy who arrived later at the RPD after being separated from Claire Redfield. As Leon checked on Marvin one last time, Marvin had already turned into a zombie thanks to Brad's bite. Leon thanked him for his assistance and killed zombie Marvin.
