The daughter of Michael Warren, the mayor. After the biological outbreak, the chief of police, Brian Irons, kidnapped her and took her to the Raccoon City Orphanage.
Apparently, he wanted to keep her as a stuffed trophy, so he killed her.
Placing more value on his own life than on that of his daughter, the mayor fled the city while she was consigned to a grisly fate.
Death of The Mayor's Daughter
It is never seen how Brian Irons kills The Mayor's Daughter, however she can be seen already deceased on Irons table in the Raccoon City Orphanage.
