Citizen who Jill Valentine met at a warehouse in the uptown area of Raccoon City. While fleeing the zombies, he lost his daughter and took refuge in the warehouse.
Jill decided that the warehouse wasn't safe, and she advised him to escape, but Dario refused. Having lost his mind shortly after losing his entire family, he hid in a crate and wouldn't listen to anything Jill said.
