- Uiro-Mochi Survivor Mode (play as Uiro-Mochi) - Beat the Tofu Survivor Mode. Uiro-Mochi is a skin of Tofu with only grenades as weapons.
- Flan Survivor Mode (play as Flan) - Beat the Tofu Survivor Mode as either Konjac or Uiro-Mochi. Flan is a golden skin of Tofu who is armed to the teeth with a Spark Shot, Rocket Launcher, and Minigun
- Annin Tofu Mode (play as Annin Tofu) - Beat the Tofu Survivor Mode as either Konjac or Uiro-Mochi. Annin Tofu is a slightly different skin of Tofu who carries many herbs as well as the M19 and Quickdraw Army handguns.
- The Ghost Survivors - Available after the first autosave, accessed from the Extras Menu.
- Costumes - Available after completing the game on any difficulty.
- Costumes DLC - Available for purchase. Leon: Noir + Arklay Sherrif
